Shipping

What are the the delivery time?

Orders placed before 18:00 will be delivered tomorrow. View more information on this page.

What are the shipping cost?

Free (standard) shipping above  $200. (USA only). Post Delivered tomorrow: $30,25, Pick up at a Service Point $15,95. watch here more information about the shipping costs.

How are your package shipped?

All our shipments are packaged discreetly and anonymously. The packaging does not show where it comes from or what is in it. In addition, all our orders are shipped in boxes. Do you have any questions? Then take contact us.

When do we ship packages?

We ship packages from Monday to Friday. If you order before 18:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day.

When will i receive my Track and Trace?

As soon as we deliver the packages, you will receive the Track & Trace via email. This is often around 7 a.m.

Did your order before Frider and does the tracking & trace indicate that the package will arrive on Tuesday?

Unfortunately this is not correct. PostNL sends wrong tracking every Friday that the package will only be delivered after the weekend. Your package will arrive on Saturday anyway.

Do you ship abroad?

Hell yes! However, this is entirely at your own risk. See which countries we ship to on our Delivery time & Shipping costs page.

How long does the delivery of foreign parcels take?

This takes an average of 2-7 days. This depends on which country and whether there is any delay. It is often there after a few days.
